The warranty doesnโ€™t cover damages resulting from user misuse or incidents occurring during delivery.

Initiating a warranty claim is easy! Follow these steps:

๐Ÿ”„ What is your return policy for change of mind?

We do not accept change of mind return and refund requests for:

  • Health and safety products
  • Bulk purchases
  • Products that have been opened

For other products, we consider change of mind requests if made within 14 days of delivery. Notify us within this timeframe to avoid rejection of the request.

Returns initiated due to a change of mind are to be arranged by the customer.

  2. Provide images or videos displaying the goods in their original packaging, along with the reason for the return.

๐Ÿšš How do returns work after a change of mind request is accepted?

  • You will be provided with a return label.
  • We will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus return postage and a restocking fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping fee.

โ†ฉ๏ธ What happens if the customer changes their mind before the item is received?

We will Initiate a Return to Sender (RTS) request. We will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 10%. Refunds for RTS will be provided after the item reaches our warehouse. Please email contact@unikre.com.au or fill in details in Contact Us page.
